Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor Interior located in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor Interior will oversee and manage interior construction projects, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications and within budget and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include supervising subcontractors, coordinating with clients and designers, ensuring safety and compliance on-site, conducting inspections, and maintaining project documents and reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in interior construction, project management, and site supervision
  • Knowledge in reading and interpreting design plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage and monitor subcontractors and construction workers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in safety regulations and compliance
  • Experience in budgeting and maintaining project timelines
  • Proficiency in using project management software
