Job Overview We are seeking a Junior On Site Supervisor for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The selected candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications and Skills Project Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time. Time Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. Construction Site Safety (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of safety protocols and ensuring compliance at all times. Leadership: Capability to inspire and guide the team towards achieving project goals effectively. Resource Allocation: Adept at identifying and managing resources efficiently for optimal workflow and cost management. Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions promptly to avoid project delays. Team Coordination: Experience in coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless project execution. Quality Assurance: Strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards across all aspects of site operations. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and resource allocation. Monitor and evaluate construction progress, ensuring quality standards are met at all times. Implement and enforce site safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring safe work environments for all staff. Identify potential issues early and provide effective resolutions to minimize project disruptions. Manage documentation and reporting to update stakeholders on project status and site operations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
