Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, resolving on-site issues, ensuring workplace safety compliance, material management, and ensuring adherence to project plans. The candidate will liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams to maintain alignment with project objectives and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in site supervision, project coordination, and understanding architectural and interior design work.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, material management, and safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with workers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Time management skills to oversee multiple aspects of the project and ensure timely delivery.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management software is a plus.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in supervising interior or architectural projects is highly desirable.
