Responsibilities Initiating day to day activity such as arranging dispatches through loading & transportation.

Invoicing the material out using the accounting software in use. Using MS Office (word, and excel) to update and maintain the information.

Attending inbound calls to sort out queries and actions. Reaching customers for payments once the payments are due.

Actively follow up out. Reporting frequently and surely end of the day about the business activities have taken place.

Training and/or supervising clerical workers Managing the stocks available and ordering the necessary required supplies

Taking the feedback from the clients on a regular routine and satisfying each of them. Reviewing incoming documents, replying to it or any other action as per requirement.

Negotiating with multiple vendors procuring the required materials of best quality at best price.

Requirements Computer skills across MS Office.

Some basic experience with accounting software is desirable, but we can provide training.

Great customer service and communication skills.

Good timekeeping, reliable and committed.

Highly organized. keen to learn, motivated and dedicated.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
