Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice Management:
○ Generate and raise accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.

○ Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements while invoicing.

2. Payment Tracking and Follow-up:
○ Regularly monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

○ Maintain and update accounts receivable records systematically.

3. Accounting and Reconciliation:
○ Perform general accounting duties related to accounts receivable.

○ Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.

4. Tax Compliance:
○ Prepare and maintain tax-related documentation for audits and filings.

5. Reporting:
○ Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and collection forecasts.

○ Highlight risks and propose strategies for improving cash flow management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective payment follow-ups and client interactions.Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the electric mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
