**Company**Overview**:
Zeitview is a Multi-National Company carrying out the business of advanced inspection of
assets in renewable energy space such as solar, wind, telecom etc across 60 countries.
The Company is headquartered out of USA. The APAC region headquarters is in Bangalore,
India. We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day invoicing transactions, including recording them in the

system and process set internally, maintaining statements, and reconciling
accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Carry out monthly closings in close coordination with the spoc, ensuring

compliance with established deadlines.
- Reconcile customer statements and transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports related to AR if required
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and

support for audits and reporting.
- Filing of GSTR 1 Returns on a monthly basis
- Raising of e-invoices on a daily basis
- Carry out Level 1 follow-up for the receivables
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for easy retrieval and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
