**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage e-commerce order processing from receipt to dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment tracking and resolving delivery issues.
- Manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to update and track inventory and order status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly in e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
