**Job description for Soft Skills Trainer**

We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be responsible for providing soft skills training to students.
- The training includes one-on-one and group activities based on the experience and learning.
- Research training content. Teaching students and helping them build a strong foundation.
- Collecting learning material and planning activities for upcoming sessions.
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the batches.
- Analyzing the potency and calculating progress in the training program.
- Liaise with teams / students.
- Conducting training sessions which can certainly help students land their dream job.
- Should deliver engaging, challenging and transferable seminars and workshops.

**Required skills**:

- Take accountability for assigned work.
- Suggest plans, take initiatives, and execute training session plans.
- Adaptability, Confidence level should be high.
- Should have oral skills for public speaking, presentation, and negotiation.
- Should also have good writing skills.
- Critical to manage the workforce with empathy.
- Should make logical decisions + emotional intelligence is a must.
- A committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client.
- Leadership skills + networking skills + presentation skills + excellent communication skills, etc.

**Eligibility: Graduate / Post Graduate**

Perks and Benefits: Compensation will be competitive and as per norms prevailing in academics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
