About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Personality Development and English Trainer to guide our students in building strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a positive self-image.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging sessions on personality development, including topics like self-awareness, confidence building, time management, and stress management.
- Develop and deliver training modules focused on enhancing English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare and implement soft skills training, covering effective communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving.
- Assess students' needs and tailor training modules to improve their personal and professional skills.
- Design and utilize interactive activities, role-playing, group discussions, and self-assessment exercises to create an impactful learning experience.
- Track and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design or refine training materials and modules.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personality Development Trainer, English Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of various backgrounds.
- Experience designing and delivering training modules or workshops.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for personal growth and education.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in English language training or personality development.
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms if remote training is involved.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and monitor individual student progress effectively.
