**Location**:Vidyavihar, Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with service providers.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Ensure that the office space is safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with landlords and property management regarding lease agreements and facility issues.
- **Hardware & Software Management**:
- Manage the inventory of office hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Oversee software subscriptions, renewals, and license compliance.
- **Vendor Negotiation & Management**:
- Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor performance.
- **Purchasing & Procurement**:
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses.
- **Budgeting & Reporting**:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the administrative budget.
- Provide regular reports on office expenditures and budget compliance.
- **Support to Teams**:
- Assist various departments with administrative support as needed.
- Facilitate internal communications and collaborate with team members to improve office processes.
- **Compliance & Record Keeping**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office operations.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
