**Introduction**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Cultivate and nurture online communities through active engagement and interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
