**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain organized records of student interactions.
- Compassionate nature to guide the students for the right reasons.
- Ethical mind-set
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced yet fun and rapidly changing environment, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Counsel individuals and provide educational vocational guidance services.
- Handle all front office queries and student walk-ins.
- Handle daily office accounts.
- Maybe designated according to area of activity as Academic Counselor Education; Career Placement Services Counselor education: Employment Counselor, Guidance Counselor education.
