**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to refine business development strategies.
**Business Development Strategy**:Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for the warehouse services.
Create plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Qualify potential leads and identify opportunities for the company's warehouse services.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand their needs, concerns, and feedback to offer tailored warehouse solutions.
Proposal Development:Collaborate with the operations team to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for prospective clients.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential customers.
Sales Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Implement improvements and adjustments based on performance analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful implementation of new business deals and seamless customer onboarding.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
Industry Knowledge:Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
Use this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics or warehouse industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
