**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and promotions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and status updates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce or furniture/mattress segment is a plus.
