**Experience: 4 Years to 7 Years**

**Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering**

**Job description**

Driver for effective execution of electrical & mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the best possible availability of the assets. Prioritize and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively, and that maintenance work schedules and targets are met. Support production priorities and improve efficiency. Safety and Hygiene.
- Record & manage electrical & mechanical maintenance workflow and critical/Regular spare parts inventory transactions using appropriate system at site. Leads the mechanical maintenance team to plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned mechanical maintenance programs, shutdowns, or emergency repairs) to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions. Develop a Planned electrical & mechanical Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Predictive Maintenance schedule, ensure full preventative/ Predictive maintenance is carried out and lead the team to deliver effectively along with the safety standards. Inspect the completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly/as per requirement.
- Knowledge of working safety standards as per industrial norms. Ensure that safety protocols applicable in the factory are strictly getting followed during each task of maintenance activity e.g Types of work permit.
- Handle the maintenance store effective way to record & monitor the condition of engineering maintenance of equipment spares, critical spares & consumable spares. Responsible for the monthly stock & it’s timely refill.
- Provide last line of defense for troubleshooting to assist technicians in more complicated repairs and problems.
- Vendor coordination to carried out work with Safety, Quality & as per agreed timeline & conditions.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
