**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive all incoming import shipments and verify stock as per delivery challan/invoice.
- Conduct physical verification and report shortages, excess, or transit damages to the purchase department and suppliers.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and dispose of non-conforming, expired, or obsolete materials.
- Ensure raw and packing material availability as per BOM requirements for production.
- Maintain minimum, maximum, and re-order stock levels in line with company policy.
- Create and share shortage lists with the material planner and reconcile stock with vendors.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and share invoices/bills with the accounts department weekly.
- Lead quarterly stock-taking activity, including physical verification, variance posting, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor material issue notes for production and maintenance, maintaining daily stock statement reports.
- Handle disposal of scrap and return rejected materials to suppliers.
- Maintain hygienic storage conditions in compliance with ISO 9001 & FSSAI norms.
- Ensure accurate physical and SAP-based movement of materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Production, R&D) for urgent material requirements.
- Monitor and report consumption patterns to help in scheduled purchases.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely submission of freight and material bills.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Inventory Management & Material Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with FIFO/FEFO and warehouse hygiene standards
- Proficiency in Excel reporting (receipt reports, issue logs, stock availability)
- Understanding of packing material and consumption pattern analysis
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments
- Familiarity with SAP and packing slip documentation process
- Leadership skills for stock-taking and warehouse team coordination

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate (Any Stream) with good communication and computer skills

**Preferred Industry Experience**:

- Ice CreaM/Frozen Products
- FMCG / Food Manufacturing
