We are hiring for **Chemical Plant Incharge** in our manufacturing plant a**tPalghar, Boisar location.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1.To achieve the production targets as per production planning, with maximum utilization of facility.

2.Production of batches with respect to in-process control of equipment, environment & test results to meet the predefined specification and yield of products

3. Handled and control Unit operations such as Distillation, Filtration, Extraction, Crystallization,Drying, Intermediate and API Manufacturing

4.Handled the equipment in API industry also having Knowledge of documents of API indusrtry.

5. Control and Handle of powder processing area in API Manufacturing;
6. To maintain plant housekeeping with 5 ‘s’

8. To get done work in safety environment and maintain EHS norms of organization ;
9. Cost reduction into the plant w.r.t. enhance the quality and quantity of material, facility,batches ,solvents, and daily consumed item with same facility.

10. Know about design of equipments used in API industry.

11. Known about to enhance production capacity, plant capacity,batch charging frequency, Hazop

study, critical process parameters.

**Requirement**:

- 4 to 5 years experience in chemical plant
- API Industry knowledge
- Any Graduate

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Chemical engineering: 5 years (preferred)
