Job Title: Shift Incharge

Location: Medical Device Manufacturing Company with Injection Moulding and Assembly

Reports to: Factory Manager

Job Purpose: The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Medical Device manufacturing plant during their assigned shift. This includes ensuring the smooth production of high-quality medical devices, monitoring and maintaining equipment, and supervising a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the production process during assigned shift, ensuring that production goals are met and that medical devices are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor and maintain production equipment, including conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting equipment problems, and reporting any issues to the Factory Manager.

Supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed, and managing the assignment of tasks to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

Ensure that safety and health regulations are strictly followed and maintain a safe and clean work environment for all employees.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products, and work with the Factory Manager to coordinate the ordering of new materials as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports on production progress, equipment maintenance, and staffing issues to the Factory Manager.

Act as the first point of contact for any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a Injection Molding shop

Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding processes, molds, molding machines, resins etc.

Experience in setting and adjusting Injection Moulding processes to optimize production and quality.

Understanding of quality standards and regulations in the medical device industry.

Ability to work in a highly regulated and controlled environment.

*Appropriate training will be provided.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
