**Job Role**
- Responsible for day to day shift wise galvanizing plant operations.
- Responsible for shift wise production targets and priorities,
- Responsible for production planning and coordination with respective departments, Chemical Process maintenance, control, cleaning documentation.
- Daily testing of all process chemicals and report generation.
- Inspection of black materials qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
- Checking confirm with the checklist prior processing for galvanizing.
- Making suggestion for changes improvements in process. Training to workers to maintain quality of products and safety precautions. Reviewing final product before sending for next process.
- Manpower handling safety precautions.
- Organizing galvanized product movement to further process.
- Maintaining galvanizing consumable / chemicals, tools and tackles. Updating records and log book.
- Daily housekeeping and maintain 5S

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
