**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct quantitative research to improve portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.- Support daily trading across our multi-asset portfolios, ensuring efficient implementation of investment strategies and rebalancing decisions.- Maintain investment models and perform backtesting to validate investment strategies.- Contribute to our investment performance and analytics database to support decision-making.- Contribute to the design and implementation of new investment portfolios based on quantitative insights.
- Support the investment advisory and marketing teams by providing performance, risk, and product analytics for client and prospect engagement.

**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in quantitative research, investment analytics, or portfolio construction.- Degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics or Sciences (postgraduate qualification preferred).- Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and model development.- Ability to work independently and in a team, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Detail-oriented, organised, and analytical, with a strong problem-solving mindset.- Prior experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management or factor-based investing is a strong plus.
- Experience with trading execution and portfolio rebalancing across multiple asset classes is a strong plus.
