**PURPOSE OF JOB**

The Research Associate is responsible for supporting research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with the dissemination of research findings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Masters degree in a relevant field ( Management or Engineering)
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research-related role.

**SKILLS & JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical techniques.

**KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify, collect, and organize relevant data from various sources.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research materials and data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical methods and software.
- Interpret and summarize research findings.
- Prepare data visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate results.
- Assist in managing research project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all research activities comply with institutional and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of research data and findings.
- Obtain necessary approvals and consents for research activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
