- Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English—both written and verbal—is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT tools including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
- Knowledge of the Education Sector: Understanding of the Indian school education system and current educational challenges.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020: Awareness of the National Education Policy and its implications in the education space.
- Creative Writing Skills: Ability to draft research reports, concept notes, proposals, and engaging content with clarity and creativity.
- Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in an education organization, research institute, or ed-tech company will be an added advantage.

**In this role, you will**:

- Conduct research on education-related themes, policies, innovations, and global trends.
- Support the development of proposals, reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research initiatives.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings in clear and accessible formats.
- Contribute to content creation for publications, presentations, and digital platforms.
