An executive chef, also known as a head chef, manages the kitchen and culinary operations of a restaurant or hotel. They are responsible for creating menus, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen. Responsibilities
- **Menu planning**: Create menus that are innovative, diverse, and meet customer preferences. Also plan special menus for banquets and parties.
- **Food safety**: Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards, and that all equipment is in working order.
- **Inventory management**: Ensure optimal stock levels without over-ordering.
- **Kitchen staff management**: Delegate tasks, motivate staff, and provide leadership.
- **Kitchen operations**: Create strategies for an orderly flow of operations, and ensure that all food service operations are efficient and profitable.
- **Ingredient quality**: Ensure the quality and availability of ingredients.
- **Special tasks**: Prepare specialty dishes and perform other special tasks as needed.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent at multitasking
- Great organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
