We're looking for a proactive and eager individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about diving into the world of mutual fund back-end operations. If you're a recent B.Com graduate or have limited experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to kick-start your career in financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing various team functions including client support, technical assistance, form processing, data entry, and dispatch operations.
- Learn and develop skills related to mutual fund back-end operations.
- Assist in creating and managing management dashboards and operational metrics, contributing to the review process, and ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with the team to process corporate actions accurately within our proprietary system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track operational performance.
- Coordinate with the IT team to contribute ideas and support in implementing new enhancements.
- Learn and gain hands-on experience in the order execution workflow for mutual funds.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A recent B.Com graduate or equivalent degree.
- While prior experience is not mandatory, any exposure or internship in back-end operations, banking, transaction processing, or accounts will be advantageous.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of mutual fund operations.
- Basic communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite.
