Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership and Administration**:

- Provide strong leadership to the preschool team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including enrollment, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching methods to ensure high-quality education for preschoolers.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster professional development opportunities for staff.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and other events.
- Build positive relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the preschool meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor emergency procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the preschool budget effectively, including resource allocation, financial reporting, and cost control.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Implement improvements based on feedback, assessments, and changing educational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
