**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all items in stock, including stationery, uniforms, books, and other school supplies.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Forecast demand to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials.
- **Procurement**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source quality materials at competitive prices.
- Ensure adherence to school policies for vendor selection and procurement processes.
- **Stock Distribution**:

- Manage the issuance of materials to departments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to fulfill their inventory needs promptly.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of purchases, stock levels, and distribution activities.
- Prepare periodic reports for school management on stock status and procurement requirements.
- **Budget Management**:

- Work within allocated budgets for inventory and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Monitor expenses related to store operations.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure safe storage and handling of materials, adhering to regulatory and school standards.
- Manage waste disposal in an environmentally responsible manner.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise store assistants (if applicable) and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Provide training on inventory and store management practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in store or inventory management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
