**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to tailor personalised travel solutions and packages.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and itineraries to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget constraints.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
