Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable: o Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments. o Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions. o Handle billing, collection, and reporting activities.

2. Data Entry: o Accurately enter financial data into the accounting systems. o Maintain records of transactions, ensuring all supporting documentation is available.

3. Bank Reconciliation: o Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts. o Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

4. Expense Management: o Assist in monitoring and processing employee expense claims. o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Payroll Support: o Provide assistance with payroll processing, including data entry and validation. o Maintain payroll records and reports.

6. Financial Reporting: o Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. o Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

7. Administrative Support: o File and maintain financial documents and records. o Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and financial matters.

8. Compliance & Audit Support: o Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills: Education:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
