Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Post journal entries, process invoices, and update ledgers.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable transactions. Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices from customers.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions align with bank statements. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying necessary financial documents and explanations. Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring they align with the budget and company policies. Assist with payroll processing, including tracking employee hours, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Provide general support to the finance team, including preparing financial summaries, forecasting, and helping with budgeting tasks.

  • Education:-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:-1-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members and other departments. Ability to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
