**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit new affiliate partners and onboard them into the affiliate program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure effective communication and implementation of affiliate programs.
- Implement strategies to grow affiliate partnerships and increase program performance.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize affiliate participation and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to optimize campaigns and landing pages for affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, Affiliate Manager, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
