We are looking for a driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale two fast-growing SaaS products for our clients. If you understand creators, know how to build strong partnerships, and enjoy turning relationships into real revenue, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For - 3+ Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing - Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships - Comfortable with reaching out, following up, and managing pipelines - Ability to think strategically while executing fast - Familiarity with the LinkedIn/IG/TikTok micro-influencer landscape - Bonus: Understanding of SaaS, no-code tools, or analytics tools Budget - ~6 LPA (open to discussion based on experience and skills) What You’ll Love - Work closely with founders on two global SaaS products - Ownership from day one - Opportunity to build out the entire affiliate & influencer engine - Performance-based incentives - A creative, fast-moving environment with no bureaucracy Affiliate Program Growth - Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates - Ensure affiliates receive regular updates, assets, and guidance - Track performance and help affiliates optimise conversions - Build a strong sense of community among partners Affiliate Recruitment - Scout and identify high-potential affiliates across niches - Create curated outreach lists based on quality, relevance, and ROI - Send personalised outreach messages and follow-ups - Run experiments to find new acquisition channels Influencer Marketing - Identify micro-influencers on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok - Build clean, high-quality outreach lists - Run structured influencer campaigns for both products - Maintain a database of conversations, performance, and collaborations - Negotiate deals and track deliverables - Work closely with the founders to create insightful content that integrates our products naturally How to Apply DM us directly on LinkedIn, your resume + a short note on: “Based on your past experience, how would you bring the first 50 high-quality affiliates/influencers for our products?”
