**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Affiliate Program Management**:
- Develop, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including communication, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure all affiliate partnerships are aligned with the company’s brand and goals.
- **Affiliate Recruitment**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to increase program reach and drive traffic to the website.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key affiliates and influencers.
- Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and partnership terms with affiliates.
- **Campaign Management & Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze affiliate campaigns, ensuring affiliates’ performance is in line with targets.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to improve ROI, including testing different strategies and tactics.
- **Tracking & Reporting**:
- Use affiliate marketing tools and platforms to track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., sales, clicks, conversions).
- Provide regular performance updates to the management team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Relationship Building & Communication**:
- Foster strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring open and clear communication.
- Provide affiliates with ongoing support, guidance, and marketing materials to help them succeed.
- Organize regular affiliate communications, newsletters, and webinars.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and new affiliate marketing tools or technologies.
- Analyze competitor affiliate programs to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure affiliates comply with legal and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
- Monitor and review affiliate marketing activities to ensure they align with ethical standards and brand guidelines.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Impact, or similar tools.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and other performance tracking tools.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and related technologies (e.g., tracking software, link management tools).
- **Analytical & Communication Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns based on performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Knowledge of paid search, display advertising, and social media marketing.
- Previous experience working with influencers and bloggers.
- Familiarity with affiliate program compliance, fraud detection, and best practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
