Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, including recruitment of new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, and optimizing performance.

Media Buying: Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space on various media channels (e.g., social media, search engines, display networks) to drive targeted traffic to affiliate offers.

Campaign Strategy: Design and implement effective media buying campaigns to support affiliate marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize media buying budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in affiliate marketing and media buying.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and successful campaign execution.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all affiliate and media buying activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and affiliate activities.

Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing and media buying, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing analytics tools, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage affiliate relationships and media buying deals.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and media buying tools.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or media buying are a plus.
