**Responsible for the Following**:

- Assessing the hiring needs of the company and designing job descriptions accordingly.
- Researching hiring trends and devise recruitment strategies.
- Conducting Pre-Placement Talks at campuses.
- Conducting interview drives at campuses (B-Schools and UG colleges)
- Managing internship and management trainee programs and evaluating the performance of new hires.
- Planning induction and orientation.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.

**What we look for**:

- 2 to 4 years of work experience in campus recruitment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good networking skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company.
- Can work in high-pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
