Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment. As an RPO Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  5. Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  6. Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
  9. Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setting.
  3. Proven experience with bulk hiring and campus recruitment processes.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  10. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing recruitment practices in India.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  2. Certification in recruitment or related field (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  3. Knowledge of Gurgaon's local job market and talent landscape.
