**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
- Analyze metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and grow the audience.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Create and manage ad campaigns on **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook, Instagram).
- Optimize ad performance through audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
- Monitor and report on ad performance to ensure ROI and align with marketing objectives.
- **Influencer Collaboration**:

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers for campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and oversee influencer partnerships.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop social media strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
- Research trends and competitor strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- **Content Creation Support**:

- Work closely with designers and content writers to ensure high-quality visuals and copy.
- Create basic graphics or short videos for campaigns when needed.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media and ad performance.
- Provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**.
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are preferred.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
