**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and analytical **Social Media Strategist** to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Monitor SEO, web traffic, and engagement metrics across all social channels
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize strategies using insights and trends
- Manage social media ad campaigns and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms
- Monitor competitors and provide insights and recommendations
- Respond to follower interactions in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with influencer collaboration and UGC strategies
