**Get to know the Role**
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Guides team through sprint planning and execution, Facilitates scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Calls, Retrospective, Demo, Pre-planning, Roadmap Planning, Timelines sizing etc.) across multiple projects in parallel.
- Supports Product Managers, Architects, BAs in creation, refinement, prioritization of the backlog elements and release planning to ensure backlog is healthy, groomed and purged.
- Recognizes, raises, and removes impediments proactively that prevent team from achieving sprint goals

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Must have at least 6 years of experience as Scrum Master and strong knowledge of Program Management, Scrum, SDLC principles, agile practice and frameworks.
- Helps prepare the team for and facilitates squad level Quarterly/Program Increment (PI) planning activities
- Establishes, tracks and communicates agile metrics (such as team velocity and sprint progress/burn down chart), and prepares project metrics.
- Good Experience in managing Releases, Change Management and communicating effectively over the upcoming releases and managing the completed releases
- Manage capacity of the team, proactively manages the project timeline and backlog on an ongoing basis and influences resource allocation for all stages of execution.
- In addition to traditional activities, the Scrum Master will also maintain and manage project metrics, capacity planning, and generate reports to share with the leadership on a regular frequency.
- Drives continuous improvement of the team to ensure that teams are always exploring on how to deliver value earlier and more often with higher quality.
- Analyze risks in advance and ensure easy and transparent communication regarding issues and decisions.

**The Must-Haves**:

- Demonstrated success in a scrum master role for 3+ years for a software development team.
- Agile Certification ( CSM/PSM/SAFE Agilist) will be given a strong preference.
- Proven skill in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership.
- Has relevant Salesforce knowledge and Salesforce related projects.
- Strong working Experience with various Agile approaches - Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.
- Strong working Experience in tools like JIRA, Wiki-Confluence, Microsoft Excel, G-Suite..
- Effective communication skills to handle communication to management, cross functional teams, and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping project
- Experience working in a dynamic fast moving environment and also able to juggle between different Projects/tasks.

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Salesforce Certified Admin.
- Relevant Agile Certifications and PMP will be a plus
