**Job Description**:
Location: Bangalore / Mohali

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum master who will be responsible for owning and driving agile/scrum practices and processes. As the scrum master, you will train, facilitate, and coordinate teams on the agile mindset and agile/lean frameworks and methods, including Scrum and Kanban. The Scrum Master will support the Product Owner to maintain product backlog, and release plan and support increased productivity by facilitating scrum ceremonies. You will remove impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals helping to drive and foster collaboration and transparency between Product Owners,v development teams, and management to support high performance. You will monitor
performance, adoption using metrics dashboards, and help identify continuous improvement
opportunities to support the team to work smarter, and more effectively.

**Responsibilities/What You’ll Do**
- Lead team members in scrum ceremonies such as scrum-of-scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective and longer-term planning exercises. Facilitate discussion and decision-making to help identify gaps and mitigation plans
- Resolve bottlenecks, impacting team progression and build an emergent and self-organized team
- Lead on-time delivery of product backlog and maintain a release plan ensuring scrum teams and stakeholders understand how work is getting planned, tracked, and delivered
- Work with all the core development teams, other support teams, and drive efficient planning and execution. Develop sprint plans with Scrum team, plan iterations, drive estimation exercises
- Establish strong working relationships with partner teams across the organization to identify dependencies and align priorities and deliverables. Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions. Own and drive those solutions
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with all team members and cross-functional stakeholders
- Innovative, collaborative and passionate about Agile and building a culture of continuous learning and improvement

**Qualifications**:
Overall exp of 8 years and minimum 6 years experience in Scrum Master/ Agile Project
Management Role
- 5+ years of experience working directly with software development teams in JIRA.
- frameworks, Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, Dashboards, Metrics, and Confluence is a must. Salesforce experience is a plus
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
