Information Data Services and Operations (IDSO) provides an extensive global portfolio of IT services to Shell. The IDSO challenge is to deliver services required by the business and yet remain within affordability ceilings. Business demand for IT services is constant and business activity and strategic growth place a constant pressure on IT spend. Consequently, IDSO needs to provide secure and reliable operations and services while also delivering cost reduction opportunities and containing business requested demand growth.

**What’s the role**
- You’ll be the day-to-day service integrator in the IT Service Operations organization, supporting Delivery Management to provide efficient and effective services and contribute to Top Quartile performance in costs and processes.
- You’ll be Scrum Master for scaled DevOps team in the Salesforce HR DevOps team in HR SOM organization of GFSOM. As a Scrum Master, you are passionate about Agile delivery and DevOps.
- In this role, you are responsible that the Salesforce HR DevOps teams are effectively delivering changes through sprints and managing incidents within SLA ensuring that the end-to-end SaaS landscape remains available, reliable, secure, affordable, and compliant.
- You are responsible to execute pro-active end-to-end interface and landscape monitoring through your team. You ensure that all activities in the Devops teams are executed in alignment with Shell standards.
- This position requires a strong self-starter who can proactively engage a virtual cross organizational team, and who has senior level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, challenger and analytical/problem solving skills. You attend the Scrum of Scrums and provide the technical alignment for all change and enhancement request in the whole ServiceNow IT landscape. Through your DevOps teams you will lead the preparation of vendor releases on the ServiceNow Platform, aligning technical and business process requirements.
- You will work together with the Chief Scrum Masters, the Product Owner/s, Lead BA, Service Manager, OLM’s, the DevOps teams to manage the sprint backlogs.
- Manages the backlogs in the Salesforce Hr DevOps team in collaboration with the Product Owner/s, the Chief Scrum Master and the Scrum of Scrum members.
- Work with various System Support teams, business partners, IT architects, Business Process Architects, vendors, integration support teams, to identify improvements in the wider landscape or development needs and priorities.
- Track performance metrics and value delivered using dashboards and leverage data to drive continuous improvements.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a product strategy/roadmap, annual product planning, value creation and calculation.
- Assist Business Interface team in building strategic demand and define epics and features for opportunity framing activities.

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and minimum 9+ years of experience in information technology
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a scrum master in complex organization.
- Technical understanding of Continuous Delivery (process, tools, scripts).
- Technical understanding of the Cloud and configuration management.
- Agile expert in a DevOps environment, empowering teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement.
- Fostering a positive work environment and a culture of openness, transparency, experimentation, honest introspection, continuous improvement, learning and sharing.
- Ability to understand and aggregate product knowledge, including execution to product roadmap.
- Ability to synchronize with non-technical teams to deliver product releases smoothly.
- Emotional intelligence traits (i.e., patience, listening, self-reflective, thoughtful, ability to build trusting relationships, reasoning, and understanding) preferred.
