**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Gem Portal Management**:

- Administer and manage the Gem Portal, ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Gem Portal related to the organization's products, services, and contracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Gem Portal.
- **e-Tendering Process**:

- Lead the e-tendering process from start to finish, including the creation, submission, and management of electronic bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender documents are prepared in accordance with specified requirements and deadlines.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:

- Stay informed about government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that all activities related to the Gem Portal and e-tendering process comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders involved in the e-tendering process.
- Provide support and guidance to vendors on the use of the Gem Portal and the e-tendering platform.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports on tendering activities, including key metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
