Senior Data Operations Analyst

The Senior Data Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting data management, client reporting, transactions processes, and problem resolution through identifying the defects in business models and operations. Working independently under general supervision, this job interacts and communicates with the operation team to ensure integrity of the data systems as well as adherence to compliance standards and regulations. This job works to improve the organization's productivity and revenue making procedures through analyzing operational data. This role also improves client experience and operational capacity by delivering recommendations for process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Reviews and performs analysis on data and information to identify business opportunities.
- Performs statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to analyze current procedures and gaps for improvement.
- Develops and reports research on market and industry trends and patterns to identify best practices and support key business decisions.
- Monitors security awareness programs and communicates to staff about information security polices, procedures, and practices.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
