As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and providing an exceptional dining experience for customers. You will ensure the use of fresh ingredients, maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene, and demonstrate mastery of traditional and modern sushi-making techniques. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for Japanese cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls.
- Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the head chef and management to design and update the sushi menu, incorporating traditional and innovative dishes.
- Create seasonal and special menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate the preparation of sushi and other dishes.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant.
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
- Flexibility to take on various shifts

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
