Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Mumbai. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a variety of baked goods and desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other confections. The role involves managing daily food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative recipes. The Pastry Chef will also oversee inventory and ensure consistency in product quality. Qualifications Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food PreparationCompetence in Cooking and Culinary SkillsAttention to detail for creating aesthetically pleasing and high-quality pastriesAbility to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar culinary role is highly advantageousFormal culinary training or a related certification is preferred
