**Job Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Executive to manage and oversee international and domestic freight operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle import and export operations for both commercial cargo and personal effects.
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
- Coordinate with traders, manufacturers, clients, freight forwarders, customs agents, and labor teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Oversee sea, air, and local freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipments, track cargo movement, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including shipping invoices, customs declarations, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Work closely with logistics partners, warehousing teams, and transport service providers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Handle negotiations with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party vendors to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handling import and export operations.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
- English proficiency is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel as required for logistics coordination and client meetings.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
