Job Title: Assistant Manager - Air Import & Export Operations

Location: Chennai (Exportify)

Department: Logistics & Operations

Job Summary:
The role involves managing end-to-end air import and export operations, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and operational efficiency while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee air import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.

Ensure compliance with international and domestic trade regulations.

Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Manage client communication and resolve operational issues.

Supervise export documentation such as AWB, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.

Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals.

Prepare reports on shipment status and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.

5+ years in air import/export operations, with managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of customs processes, export/import documentation, and trade regulations.

Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
