Designation : Import Export Executive

Location: Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu

Experience : 2years

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics providers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain records of shipments, tracking data, and preparing reports on import/export activities.
- Monitor shipping schedules, resolve delays, and manage transportation costs.
- Stay updated on global market trends, Import & Export tariffs, and trade regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the Export industry.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade laws.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of central excise bond updating of credit and renewal works.
- Imports Materials bills filing work in DGFT portal.
- Knowledge of Import Materials Freight forwarder nomination.
- Knowledge of STPI, DGFT Certificates.
