In this role you will be

Evaluate, select, and implement software tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and other related tools to meet the needs of different teams and departments.

Customize and configure tools to align with specific business requirements and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and others, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to educate users on the functionality and best practices of tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and related tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize enhancements to existing tools, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business needs.

Monitor the performance and usage of tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and others, implementing optimizations and upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.

Ensure the security and integrity of tooling resources, including access controls, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and related tools.

Document procedures, configurations, and guidelines for the use and administration of tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and others, maintaining comprehensive documentation for reference and training purposes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the use of tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and related tools across the organization, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in operations and decision-making processes.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

Proven experience in managing and supporting software tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, and related tools in a corporate environment.

Strong technical proficiency with the mentioned tools, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Experience with tool integration, automation, and scripting to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflows and improving efficiency.

Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.

Certifications in relevant tools or technologies AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional, Splunk Core Certified User, New Relic Certified Performance Pro are advantageous.
