Role: Tool Room Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, allocate, and supervise work assignments for tool room personnel.

2. Operate and maintain conventional machines such as lathe, M1TR (Milling), and surface grinders.

3. Operate CNC machines (Milling) with Hass, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi controls.

4. Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of all machinery and tools.

5. Develop and optimize basic 2D programming for CNC operations.

6. Read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T specifications. Perform precision work using tools like vernier callipers, micrometers, 2D height gauges, bore gauges, and bevel protectors.

7. Conduct quality checks on tools and components to ensure they meet required specifications.

8. Maintain records of inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

9.Maintain an inventory of tools and materials, ensuring availability as per production needs.

10. Prepare reports and documentation for tool usage, maintenance, and repairs.

11. Train and mentor tool room personnel on machinery operations and safety protocols. 12. Foster a collaborative and safe working environment.

Qualifications Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a tool room environment, preferably in a cold roll forming factory. Competency & Skillset Required Proficiency in operating conventional machines (lathe, M1TR, surface grinder). Advanced knowledge of CNC milling machines with Hass, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi controls. Expertise in basic 2D programming and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T. Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments and techniques. Problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges. Effective communication and leadership skills for managing a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Mandatory Requirements Proven hands-on experience in tool room operations. Advanced knowledge of operating both conventional and CNC machines.

Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Work Location Address Plot No. B-23A, B-24 Block Eco tech Extension, Sec-Ecotech-1 Greater Noida, G.B. Nagar -201310 (Uttar Pradesh).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
