Qualifications BE Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering/ Diploma/ITI

KRA:

- Plant maintenance and Scheduled Calibration of Field Instrument with Tagging and tracking as per SOP
- Break down Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance(documentation with the help of SAP) of Plant Machinery
- Maintenance and Calibration of the Control valves ( Pneumatic,),, Temperature Transmitters, pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter (DP type, Ultrasonic,), RTD ,Thermocouple and Various Type of Controllers Such as (Radix, Honeywell, Masibus) ,Vacuum & Pressure& Temperature & DP Gauges, Flow Transmitter/totalizer
- PH Meter, Conductivity Meter (Online as well as table top), Karl fisher machine
- Smart Transmitters, Switches, and PID Controllers, Mass Flow Transmitter, Magnetic Flow Meter, Vortex Flow Meter, Online Ph. & Conductivity Meter.
- Installation, Cable Laying ,Erection, Commissioning calibration and loop checking and Detailed Maintenance of the field instruments ( Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Endress & Hauser, Yokogawa
- Technical Support for the instrumentation team.
- Handling the project activity related to field instrument and automation.
- Validation activity, computer system and PLC, SCADA, DAS System validation.
- Troubleshooting the totally integrated automation from ( PLC + SCADA )
- Creating notification, material issue, notification Completion by using SAP..
- Mark up on Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID)
- Handling and operation of equipments. (Centrifuge, Dryer, Blender and other pharma equipments).
- Issuance of materials from engineering store
- Documentation related to preventive maintenance schedule and preparation of production equipments, standard operating procedure of operation and change controls related to Plant Modification and all cGMP Requirements

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
